RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Except as otherwise stated, you have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items. Returned items will be credited back to you for the total amount of the purchase price in the refund method you choose, either in the form of Rosiestyle online shopping credit or in your original form of payment. In addition, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This cost is made up of the delivery costs, plus 20% of the product purchase cost.
